8. How we protect information

This website is served over HTTPS. Internally we apply the same controls we recommend to clients: multi-factor authentication on all accounts, least-privilege access, encrypted devices, managed endpoint protection, logging and regular restore-tested backups. Access to client data is limited to the engineers assigned to that client.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you and any relevant authority without undue delay, and in any event in line with applicable law.

Pages on this site link to external resources such as mapping services and vendor documentation. Following those links takes you to sites we do not control; please read their privacy notices before providing information to them.

10. Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least annually and whenever our practices change materially. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated by email.
